Nice environment, good for 3rd space, coffee was coffee, the eats were tasty, but the main reason we gave Long Coffee a D, was the staff. We were not greeted and the barista was NOT at all helpful and I had to ask for what I ordered 3 times after I paid. We were the only customers in line and the two other patrons were already seated and had their order when we had walked in. We were served our hot pastry in a bag that was wrapped and closed into a plastic bag. When we asked for a plate because we want to eat it here, we were told, “we only give out boxes to go” in a rude tone. We will revisit sometime in the next month to see if this was a fluke.
