It’s located in a renovated warehouse along with a bunch of other small businesses, so kind of the Pier One Important flea market bazar kind of a feel. It’s a great 3rd space to meet up and hang with friends and socialize. The large windows facing west showcase downtown Houston behind some rundown industrial plants. We really like the use of the warehouse and to many shops and the significant amount of seating of varying types, tables, couches, and comfy chairs. The coffee was lacking and was served cold, the specialty beverage could use some personality and improvements and the eats were the standard Costco fare that most other coffee shops use. The staff was friendly. The place could benefit from some cleaning but it wasn’t horrible. We recommend this place as a great place to visit.
