Minimalist, and a Perfectionist. We loved this place. The three founders/owners have a passion for craft coffee and like to showcase single original beans. They’ve been open for two years now and report that Houston has received them well. We insist that you visit this coffee shop. Service was excellent, the coffee and specialty drinks we had were authentic and great, and the eats were spectacular, and a breath of fresh air from the usual coffee shop fare of Costco pastry runs. They are an extremely clean place, they even cleaned the bathroom key after each user. The one thing,….. bit more seating would be nice, if you’re unlucky enough to get there after a few others, you might not have a seat. We had a pour-over, a Spanish Au lait (hot) and a cold on along with a raspberry lemon roll.
