A gentrified coffee shop with an onsite roasting operation. The coffee was great, the easts were great, the staff could have done a better job. The place is clean-ish and has an interesting seating set up, though a bit limited. The place should have been an A, but it was the staff…., they were not customer centric. Still getting a “B” from us is hard, so they still did great in everything else, they definitely stand out from the great ocean of “C” average shops we have visited.
