It was clean, no dinosaurs, the coffee was coffee, not bad, but not award winning. The Nitro Cold brew was disappointing, but the cheese & chive scone was wonderful. The main reason this place rated a D, which is below average, was the staff. They got my simple order wrong (coffee and water and pastry), and then gave me grief and questioned me when I asked for them to fix it. Despite the low score, we do still recommend this place, just lower your expectations on customer service.
