This place is using the same naming convention as apartment complexes. This is Houston, there are no hills. Parking here is very very difficult, and they don’t have enough seating for the crowds of suburban soccer moms and kids meeting at a 3rd space, so be prepared bring your SUV sized load of patience. Coffee was coffee if I’m being nice, but they do have a nice large eats selection. Staff was,…. um, human. They do need to work on keeping it cleaner. As with all of our scores, we recommend any place with a C or better.
